How We Do Business
Step 1
• Send us a set of plans by mail or electronicly by email of your project (a hand drawn sketch of the intended area will work).
Step 2
• Include with your plans your complete Name, Address, Phone numbers and Email address
That's It!!!
Once we receive your plan and project information we will contact you and let you know we have received your information. At that time, we will verify your project information to make sure we are designing and bidding your project to your expectations or to offer any suggestions or options for your project.
It is our every intent to mail out a proposed contract¹ to you within 3 working days from the time we receive your plan. If, however, unforseen delays occur at our office, you will be notified and given a completion date at that time.
Phase One (After receiving our contract)
Step 1
• Approve and sign.
Step 2
• Return to RADIANT and MORE with 50% down; of Radiant Rough-In pricing ONLY.
• If returning by fax or paying down payment by Credit Card, please complete and included appropriate information.
Once we receive your down payment and signed contract we will immediately expedite the C.A.D. layout for your system. This part of the package may require up to 5 business days to complete. After completed we will package up your C.A.D. Layout and Radiant Rough-In Materials and ship by UPS Ground. Shipping cost will be placed on a major credit card.
Phase Two (Completing the mechanical and control strategy of your system)
Step 1
• Contact our office and let us know you are set for Phase 2.
Step 2
• Send in payment by check, money order or credit card.
After receipt of payment we will package up your Mechanical Schematic, Electrical Schematic and Mechanical/Control Materials and ship out by UPS Ground.

¹ - Contract pricing does NOT include shipping and handling fees of your project. These fees will be charged when shipments leave RADIANT and MORE.
